The Bilee Android app gives people with a Coaching seat a dedicated mobile experience for private coaching. They can sign in securely, complete the 5-minute assessment, revisit their Personality profile and chat with Bilee from their phone.
Coaching-seat users can also use the team views and member profiles their role and permissions allow. Settings, support, password reset, notification preferences and profile-photo updates are part of the mobile experience.
Assessment Users still receive the assessment and Personality profile through their unique link. Assessment-only access does not include app sign-in or Bilee.
Individual coaching is 100% confidential. Organisation Admins and Team Leads do not see individual coaching messages.
